I can't sign in with Apple / Google / Microsoft

Make sure you've allowed pop-ups for our domain and that you're using the same email you used on the mobile app. If you still can't get in, send us a screenshot and we'll have a look at the logs.

Where is my data stored?

In Microsoft Azure UK South, encrypted at rest and in transit. Photos and documents you upload live in Azure Blob Storage with private access. See our privacy policy for the detail.

Can I export my records?

Yes — every paid tier includes DOCX export of any vehicle's full history. Solo accounts can request a one-off export by emailing us.

I want to delete my account

Open the Chariot Garage app, go to Settings → Delete account and all data, and confirm. Your account and every record attached to it are removed permanently — usually within a few seconds. We don't gate this behind a feature flag or a survey. If you can't reach the app (lost device, signed out everywhere), use the contact form and we'll do it on the server side within 14 days.
